Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been prepared for shipment.
Shipping & Delivery Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. We provide tracking numbers for all shipments so customers can monitor progress. While delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or holidays, we remain committed to assisting customers in resolving any issues promptly.
Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an error is identified, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can update it. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for free replacement, but we will work with customers to find a fair resolution.
Damaged or Defective Items If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing your order number and a photo of the product. Customers may choose between a replacement or a refund, at no extra cost.
